What does it cost?
$149/month for the copy center, and +$49/month for the bookstore if you want it. The $500 setup fee is waived the first time we set up your school. Try it free for 15 days first.
When am I charged?
Your trial runs 15 days. Your card is first charged when your 15-day trial ends, and then on that same day every month.
If we cancel, do we get a refund?
No refunds or partial-month credits, but you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if we pause over the summer?
Summers are quiet, we know. You're welcome to cancel anytime. If you come back later, we start fresh: a new setup and the $500 setup fee. Staying on through summer keeps your prices, teacher list, and billing history right where you left them, so the first copy job in August just works.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Ask us for a quote and we will send one your bookkeeper can put on a PO.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices don't include sales tax. Most public schools are tax-exempt: send us your exemption certificate (in Utah, form TC-721G).
Does it email our teachers?
No. That is turned off on purpose.
