Why schools stay year-round
Summers are quiet, we know. You're welcome to cancel anytime. If you come back later, we start fresh: a new setup and the $500 setup fee. Staying on through summer keeps your prices, teacher list, and billing history right where you left them, so the first copy job in August just works.
Billing is month to month on your own billing date: the day your trial ends, then the same day each month. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No refunds or partial-month credits. Setup is waived the first time; a school that cancels and later re-signs pays the $500 setup again. Prices don't include sales tax. Most public schools are tax-exempt: send us your exemption certificate (in Utah, form TC-721G). Need a quote for a purchase order? Just ask. Hardware is separate — see Supplies. Full terms: Terms.
