How it works
Four steps. Then it is just the counter.
Nothing to install, nothing to learn on day two. A teacher asks, a ticket prints, the job gets done, and the charge is already where the bookkeeper will look for it.
The four steps
Teacher requests
At the counter kiosk, or from a classroom link, with the file attached. One teacher, a group, or a special request.
A ticket prints
A 4×6 thermal label with the job, the teacher, the department, the finishing and the time it is needed.
One job board
Work the queue, mark jobs done. Lamination and poster work get their own lanes.
Charges add up
Each department’s ledger builds as you go. Export a CSV, or send it to a Google Sheet the school owns.
What prints
The ticket is the only paper left in the process, and it is the one piece of paper that actually helps: it travels with the job.
Printing happens on the Chromebook at the counter, straight to your own label printer. Nothing of yours leaves the building to get printed.
